I can barely describe what that storm felt like, it was like climbing a great mountain and taking a rest at the very top; having the wind and the clouds so close and the world beneath your feet... except, with an epic display of lightning in the sky and, at home.
I used 8s wich lets me avoid the double exposure noise reduction. The intensity of the storm was what really enabled me to do this; I catched something in pretty much every shot because of the sheer ammount of lightning.
nice shots btw i recommend composing with the landscape when possible (i have some issues with my horizon line or rather, the complete lack of one ) predict when and where lightning is gonna be and use a tripod (or a rock or anything that lets you angle the camera steady in the desired direction).
Try making a normal long exposure of a city during a thunderstorm. amazing results may emerge
